Planning meetings before the Light Party:

Our 1st meeting for volunteers will be on Thursday, 2 October, 7pm at Eastgate, upstairs in the main kids room, supper will be provided. Previous to that you will receive an email telling you where you have been placed with instructions for your role so that when we have our meeting you can bring any questions. We will also look for the earliest time everyone can make our next meeting.
Our 2nd meeting will be Thursday, 23 October, onsite at Eastgate. We will go over where games, etc, will be located and set up–in the Op Shop car park and grass area. You will be able to look at the equipment you will be using and practice setting it up if necessary.
