Planning meeting before the Light Party:

Our planning meeting for volunteers will be on Sunday, 25 October, 12pm at Eastgate, upstairs in the main kids room. Previous to that you will receive an email telling you where you have been placed with instructions for your role so that when we have our meeting you can bring any questions. We will go over where games, etc, will be located and set up. You will be able to look at the equipment you will be using and practice setting it up if necessary.
