Christmas Walkthrough & Light Show Sign-up

Join us in bringing the Christmas story to life! We need volunteers for our Christmas Walkthrough production (18-23 Dec), Christmas Light Show (5-24 Dec), and the preparation and pack down of these events. Many roles are available—give a little Christmas joy by signing up to volunteer. Together, through our efforts, many lives can encounter the true meaning of Christmas.

Walkthrough production nights information

The Walkthrough runs for 6 nights from 18-23 December. For reasons of coordination, practicality and rostering, we ask volunteers to be available for a minimum of 2 nights. We suggest a maximum of 5 nights.

Note: If you are ONLY available to help before OR after the Walkthrough Nights (e.g. Big set-up / Big lift / Set decorating) then please select 'Not Applicable' for the below information.

Upon submission of this form you will receive an email with a link to block out dates you are NOT available to serve.

Rosters will be sent out by the end of November. Volunteers will need to be at Eastgate by 6:15/6:30pm when rostered on for a Walkthrough night.
